Instructor Classes

All instructors attend a bi-weekly Friday class lead by Chief Master Roby.  Topics include protocols, behavior and effective instruction.  Jr instructors and instructors in training are also encouraged to attend. As iron sharpens iron, advanced students learn teaching concepts sharpening their own skills and understanding. A crucial tool in becoming an effective leader one day.
